Guest posts must relate closely to the content of this site. Topics we’re interested in include:

- Moving: local and long-distance moves, moving containers, movers, and moving labor
- Car and vehicle shipping
- Shipping containers for storage and other uses
- Decluttering, downsizing, junk removal, and move-out cleaning
- Home organization and related home topics
Our Editorial Standards
We hold guest posts to the same high standards as our own content. Submissions that don’t meet these guidelines will not be published.
- Original and unpublished. Your article must be your own work and not published anywhere else, including your own site.
- Genuinely useful. Give readers practical advice, real examples, and specific details they can act on. No thin or generic content, and no content that reads as mass-produced.
- Accurate and current. Prices, statistics, and claims must be up to date and backed by credible sources, linked where appropriate.
- Well written. Clear structure with headings, correct grammar and spelling, and a helpful, conversational tone.
- Substantial. Most accepted articles are 1,000 words or more, though depth matters more than length.
- Relevant, limited links. Links must be relevant and add value for the reader. Overly promotional content and links to unrelated, low-quality, or restricted sites (such as gambling, adult, or pharmaceutical sites) will not be accepted.
We reserve the right to edit submissions for clarity, accuracy, length, and style, and to decline any article at our discretion. Once published, articles become part of Easy Storage Search and may be updated over time to keep them accurate.
How to Submit
- Write your complete article in Microsoft Word or Google Docs format. If you send a Google Doc, make sure it is shared so we can view it.
- Email it to jason@easystoragesearch.com with the subject line “Write for EasyStorageSearch.”
- Include a short author bio and any links you’d like us to consider.
We review every submission and will let you know whether your article is accepted.
Editorial Fee
An editorial fee of $30 applies to each accepted guest post. The fee covers the time our team spends reviewing, fact-checking, editing, formatting, and publishing your article.
In line with Google’s guidelines for paid content, all outbound links in published guest posts are marked with rel="sponsored" or rel="nofollow".
